Notes: The unit was turned over in March 2012 and had been used only twice a year on a two-week duration on each occasion - only when we take a vacation. Some tiles in the living area have popped up - something that is quite a similar problem in other units in the building. The unit has never been occupied continuously. It is a corner unit on the 6th floor of Building 8. It is a 5-minute walk to SM Sucat. It is the first building alongside Building 1 as you go inside the complex. It is just behind the clubhouse. The balcony is facing north/west. I would also like to inform that the unit is currently mortgaged with Unionbank. I am open for price and terms negotiation.
